Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We are currently experiencing high order volumes, shipping will take around 15-24 days after purchase, however these times can fluctuate depending on the influx of orders.

Q: How long does it take for orders to be processed?

A: We are currently experiencing high order volumes so please allow up to 3 business days for your orders to be processed.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: Yes. However, this needs to be done ASAP (within 24hrs of purchase) to avoid shipping to the undesired address. If you have not indicated this to us before 24hrs, we do not accept any responsibility for it not arriving at the desired address.

Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return my item for a full refund?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
